BeachamBunce+Manley Architecture (BB+M) is a Charlotte-based firm offering comprehensive planning and architectural design services.
Founded in 2005, BB+M design work reflects an underlying belief in contextual response to building site and program. Excellent design solutions, however, begin with great clients and an interactive design approach, led by firm principals, ensures a focus on project vision. This relentless commitment to design delivery and service is simply the foundation of the practice.
BB+M Architecture’s projects are quite diverse with particular focus on Office, Retail, Institutional, Multifamily, and Mixed-Use developments ranging from $1-60MM in value.

Tripp Beacham, AIA LEED tbeacham@bbm-arch.com
Tripp Beacham is a founding partner of BB+M Architecture. He is a N.C. native having spent the last 20 years in Charlotte. Mr. Beacham attended N.C. State University and the University of N.C. at Charlotte earning both B.A. in Architecture and Bachelor of Architecture degrees. Additionally, he is a LEED Accredited Professional with the U.S. Green Building Council. Past experience includes a retail focus with Robert Johnson Architects and more recently with Jenkins-Peer Architects as a Sr. Associate responsible for institutional and mixed use project design and management. Mr. Beacham is currently focused on the design and management on a range of retail, multifamily, and quality urban-infill mixed use developments.

Brian Bunce is a founding partner of BB+M Architecture. Mr. Bunce attended University of N.C. at Charlotte earning both B.A. in Architecture and Bachelor of Architecture degrees. Previously a senior partner with Little Diversified Architectural Consulting for 20 years, Mr. Bunce was partner in charge of the Office Studio, performing design and management of large scale office & mixed-use projects throughout the Southeast for clients such as Crescent Resources. Currently, Mr. Bunce is leading the design and management of large mixed-use projects in Charlotte as well as office projects in N.C. and Fla. Past experience includes design of schools, retail, mixed-use, and industrial projects.

Roger Manley is a founding partner of BB+M Architecture. Mr. Manley spent seven years with the United States Air Force in a Construction Squadron leadership role with responsibility for design & construction of multi-million dollar projects. In addition, Mr. Manley spent two years with BRPH Architecture in Florida as a Project Manager with responsibility for leading projects for NASA and Orlando’s Universal Studios theme parks. Mr. Manley is a Bachelor of Science graduate of Notre Dame’s School of Architecture. Mr. Manley recently has lead designs for urban and suburban residential and mixed use projects in Charlotte, Greenville SC, Greenville NC, and Wilmington NC. |
