Project Details
On the west side of the site, BB+M designed a new multifamily building that replaces former surface parking with a residential anchor for the district. Oriented along the quieter Willow Drive, the building introduces a more comfortable neighborhood scale while creating a built-in customer base for surrounding retail. Ground-floor retail bays activate the street and provide opportunities for smaller local tenants, while integrated parking supports both residents and the adjacent Silverspot Cinema. The result is a thoughtful residential addition that strengthens University Place’s mix of uses and enhances its everyday energy.
